A statement will be available to you electronically in MyChart if you have a MyChart account. If you do not wish to receive electronic statements through MyChart, you can opt out of electronic statements through your MyChart account -OR- you may call UHD Billing to request to receive your statements in the mail.
A statement will be made available to you for any balance due after your insurance claims have been processed by your insurance company. Payment is due upon receipt. We offer several easy and safe options to pay your bill.
UHD accepts cash, personal checks, and most major debit/credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. E-checks are accepted through the MyChart patient portal only. You can also set up a payment plan. Some balances may qualify for a Prompt Pay Discount; please contact UHD Billing to inquire.
